By using CarePlus Home Care services, you agree to our terms, policies, and service conditions.

CarePlus will assign caregivers based on patient needs, availability, and service requirements.

All service charges are communicated in advance. Payments must be made as per the agreed billing schedule

Cancellation requests must be made in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to company policy.

CarePlus caregivers provide support services but do not replace professional medical treatment or emergency care

arePlus shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including medical emergencies or third-party actions.
